Forte Creations Refund/Return Policy:

At Forte Creations, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to provide excellent service and quality products. Please review our refund and return policy below:

• All sales are final on ALL items.
• Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at cs@myfortecreations.com if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
• Special and custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
• Returns for defective items: If you receive a defective item, you may exchange it if it is in stock, or receive a store credit. Initiate the process within seven (7) days of receipt, and return the item within an additional seven (7) days.
• Gift certificate purchases will be refunded with an online store credit.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Unauthorized returns will incur a $20 restocking fee deducted from the store credit.
• The buyer is responsible for contacting cs@myfortecreations.com to initiate the return process and covers all shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Please allow up to 2 weeks for the return or exchange to be processed. You will receive an email notification once the process is complete, and a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
